Mahipat has got advantage of the doubt, question mark on Arjun's credibility....that Sakshi's allegations has created!! Though technically reports are present, as Joshi said....may be chaitanya has planted those clips in Sakshi's mobile!! So may be mahipat is innocent and the proofs presented by Arjun are required to be cross checked for authenticity... So Mahipat was released on bail!!

But from your gist, it could be Arjun’s plan to trap Priya?
if it came across as if he on purpose gave her an access to keys then could it be his attempt to get Priya?
He knows Priya and sakshi is team. if this is not the case then it either heading to revealing the contract or blackmailing from Asmita. If Priya has papers then How Priya and kalpana will connect on contract.
