I wonder how none has raised objections at the portrayal of an ex-serviceman. Really bad.
Really Mr.Yashdeep, are you for real? How can you Not tell your employees? You even did not pick up calls? Appalling. What efforts have you put in for course correction? What have you done to ensure the employees are least impacted? It would have been really better off for you just being a visitor than the owner. Where are your priorities? You call them your pariwaar and this is what you do to your other employees who have been working much longer than Anupama and have families to look after? have worked hard to make it what it was, ALL the time? Your brother took a loan and going by what was shown, had a vision and discipline to fulfill commitments.
As for Anupama throwing back the blame on the employees. What's new in that?
She knew the truth. Why did she not reveal it to her colleagues?
Besides Anupama is at the least risk. She has a place to stay, has no need to pay bills (rent, utilities, groceries, transport). Nothing.
Whatever motivation she was giving them could have been done then too? These are the same people who have been supporting her despite slacking at work and taking undue advantage of their goodness.
(Before there are people jumping in her defense of taking advantage, here are instances.)
Regular and conspicuous absense during business hours increasing workload on others. Relatives' regular visits and free offerings on the house, not to mention the drama they are subject to. Undue and indiscriminate usage of workplace resources in the name of learning and experimentation off business hours. Moonlighting at other events. Slacking at both official events (Anuj's exhibition and Sangeet) leaving the work on Vikram and other members.
Where does power dynamics at workplace etc. dwindle now🤔?
