I am sure he is aware of his feelings! Why would he have said Jhanaks name as Jhanak Bose in the temple if he didn't feel she was his wife! He knows it very well. Yes but he is pushing it aside because he thinks Jhanak doesn't reciprocate his feelings! Who on this earth can be so buddhu! He is telling Jhanak so many times as if he is teaching a parrot 🦜 to cancel her wedding! But our madam is hell bent on refusing his help and not giving her consent to cancel her wedding! Both here are acting so damn stupid! Ani himself can tell her that he loves her and he will do anything to stop the wedding but it can only happen if she is in agreement! But no his ego is coming in the way! Even she cud also directly confess but since he is getting married to Arshi she doesn't want to come in the way! But it's not coming so soon! It will take 200 episodes min for confession and acceptance when the show is doing well in trp!

Jhanak's words have left deep scars on his heart- "Chiii sirji ka nahi pata mai aisa soch bhi nahi sakti" (regarding spending her life as his wife) just imagine how insulting would it have been to hear this in front of everyone for a perfect man like Anirudha who risked his entire existence for her it's like saying he is despo but I'm unbothered.

Then privately she also said that this marriage is a curse for her and she hates him along with threatening to shout and tell everyone that he is harassing her.

Let's be honest Anirudha Bose is most eligible bachelor with high self esteem he isn't some road side romeo to just forget and act as if nothing happened, he expressed in his holi monologue how hurt he gets when Jhanak insults him...... Even after that he can help/save her, feel for her in his heart but not openly express it let alone even expecting her to have same feelings for him.... It's easier said that done..... If Jhanak can't realise his love for her even though it's far more explicit then how can he realise her love for him.

I'm sure at some level he does realise that he has feelings for Jhanak and accepts this marriage as well but is forcing himself to not accept it openly to even himself let alone confessing it to Jhanak.

Also I feel Arshi is the biggest road block here.. he cannot express his feelings before breaking up with her.. he would appear immoral..

She cannot express her feelings coz of the same reason..

He must break it off with sasta celebrity first in order to clear the air.
