She is talented enough that her looks don’t become a concern in any movie of hers

She was in fact named most desirable woman in kochi times of India ranking post her debut coz she played the character so well, all the guys went crazy abt her …

Go figure 😎

She def has traditional looks of Sita, and Ranbir has looks for Ram. I hope they actually make a good movie, our mythological stories need better presentations otherwise they shouldnt be allowed to make it.

I love Sai Pallavi. she has the face of an angel, and will be perfect for Sita.

Just because she doesn't fit into the norm, doesn't make her any less. I think she has a unique charm which fits into the essence of Sita.

Sita (as per the scriptures) was not all about beauty. So a clever filmmaker will not only look to bring Maa Sita's face value on screen.

More than the physical attributes, the intangibles like the strength of her character is what needs to be depicted on screen..

So in that regard, she fills the boot to the T. Beauty is subjective, yeah, but I do find her pretty and that she doesn't fit the conventional mold makes her all the more unique.. The facts that she is a brilliant actor with a commanding screen presence doesn't hurt either..

I am sure she will look slightly better with some makeup and VFX. This is clearly her without makeup on.

I remember watching this TV actress play Draupadi, so pretty and great screen presence. I know it was 10 years ago but I was captivated. Not only because of her looks but the aura was wow

Tripti is way too overrated in this forum. Even Rashmika was better than her in Animal. Now people would bring up Qala or Bulbul..but even in these films she was decent. BW audience have become so used to Jhanvi, Sara type of acting that even a decent performance gets hailed as the greatest performance in the history of cinema.

You guys must actually see Sai Pallavi's body of work. She has done varied range of roles and has managed to pull them off amazingly well. We don't need a model to play the role of Sita ji. We need someone who can act exceedingly well.
