She also ripped her mangalsutra off before handing it over to Surya. This must be before he “arrests” her for threatening him.

He’s going to change clothes before the confrontation at the police station but she’s staying in the blue anarkali for now.

Wow - So after Tayiamma comes and does her natak maybe Imlie will be angry and get her belongings from Surya ka house. So we are again going to be seeing Surya and Imlie in the same clothes. Dang - this whole week they were in the same clothes yaar.

I think after that Surya has a change of clothes when he arrests Imlie for threatening a police officer.

But sometimes I do wonder.. Was killing off Agastya really pre-planned even before Imlie 3 was launched.. And is that why, despite getting so much backlash, they are still sticking to it..

Pyaar Radha rani ka bhi adhura tha.. and the OST was mostly one sided from Imlie's pov that she couldn't get him.. but only a love story...

Cos agar yehi tha... Then all our DDP is basically useless.. They didn't kill Auggy at the peak of their TRPs out of any whim.. It was all in the script..

Lesson learnt 😔

I always had this doubt for a very long time. Maybe Agastya - Imlie story was destined to be cut short and they never were going to have a long married life. In South India especially in Andhra, we never gift Radha - Krishna ka idols to any married couple as the general feeling is that Radha - Krishna never were united and were always destined to live their separate lives.

I think I have mentioned this before also in the AT that imlie being a Radha Rani ka devotee maybe it was actually the script that Agastya and Imlie were never supposed to have a life together. Maybe Imlie3 was always a story about second chances at love and living.

But then I do feel that writers do change the tracks based on feedback. For the first 2 weeks after Agastya died the trps fell and they still had the ambiguity of whether Surya was Agastya. They could have course corrected and showed that Surya is Agastya with memory loss.

The writers also showed Satyavan - Savitri reference for Agastya - Imlie so they could have gotten Agastya back and thereby showing that Imlie was like Savitri who was able to resurrect her husband. Trust me the trps would not have gone down so much. Trp audience likes it when FL saves her pyaar or husband.

The actual story was always about Suryalie then.. and that's why all the plots and love story was so fast paced in the era of Agaslie..

Toh ab kya hi kar lenge sad hokar..

Better we celebrate what's being shown, and stop being hopeful about ever getting back Agastya..

Waise I am really glad that they have started giving an instrumental version for Surya - Imlie scenes. It is much better than hearing that Gham ki Rajadhani ka weird song.

Also @kashish- I also didn't like Anjali standing there at the window, and the BGM playing for her as well.. but then.. she is the third angle right now.. whether as audience or as Surya.. nobody's interested in her.. but uska DDP nai dikhaenge, toh as Tanu says.. tadka kaise lagega 😂

But as Ren mentioned in one of her post.. So far, she hasn't really done any vile harkat.. mostly whatever she says, is logical.. haan acting needs to be more convincing...but then humne kaafi logo ko bardasht kiya hai.. soo 🙈

Are we going to have integrated episode on ram navami day? Bas ho gaya. 1 ghanta ghum hi chalenge. Our show won't get any screen time.

Maybe they are trying to use popularity of Ghum to gain new viewers for Imlie?

Aisa nahi hota. They tried the same thing with 9 pm show once with the 9;30 pm show. Bas wahan 9 pm show ke characters statue banke khare the. TRPs are bad and thus our show is exploited this way.

You know when August was alive, I used to look through the lyrics like Tu na mila re.. Humein toh kahani mili..I not only found you but also a love story. It was only after his death that I understood the lyrics signify adhura pyaar. It is Tu na mile re, humein toh kahani mili..Like you said, I couldn't get you but only a love story.

Tha aisa raja nahi jisko rani mili... I've hardly ever seen tragic OSTs like this. I mean if it wasn't preplanned, why would they write such lyrics in the first place

Firstly he isn't in love with her, and also he isn't an emotional fool, toh in order to give her solace, he won't be dying aiwae, ki haan maarlo goli.. Also usse ho bhi kya jaaega.. His zimmedaari is to keep her safe, agar khud hi nai rahega toh kya safety...

Itna practical toh hai ye aadmi..

Secondly he knew, it was more of a khokli dhamki, she wasn't really gonnna shoot.. All she wanted was some space and time to heal...isliye he just stepped away and walked off, respecting her decision..

That's why later while being confronted by Tai-amma, he says.. I shall respect her decision whatever it is.. but as my farz, I will still keep on checking on her to make sure she is safe and sound...

That's why Surya is turning out to be most endearing and respectable male lead out of all SP male leads. He isn't just treating her as his zimmedari but rather looking out for her and protecting her at every step. If conditions were suitable then Surya Imlie would have slowly accepted each other as husband wife.
