My feeling is this is one of the heartfelt conversations they had. I liked it very much. Now they know they both care for each other. He very well know Janak thinks high about him although she insults him.

Girls, I feel once the marriage preparations start and the marriage comes near, Janak is going to understand how important Ani is for her and how she will miss him. Since he is there daily with her and on top of that her feelings are clouded by day to day insults in the Bose house.

I liked how he asked her why she thinks high about him... she felt stumped and said she is tired lol

Yeah, it'd be nice if Jhanak also makes some strides in that aspect, not just Ani. I feel Ani's will be the more apparent one.
