When you kick out wife you also kick out the child in her stomach. I don't know if people realize that. If woman is single at time of delivery she is sole custodian of child unless she is a surrogate. There is no law where after kicking out wife , wife is expected to call million times to let you know. Parents don't get rights, they only get duties. Kicking out wife during pregnancy itself means you did not do your duty. Why is it Sahiba's responsibility to inform Angad at any cost. There is no distribution of rights, only distribution of duties. If a father is abusive to mother he loses rights. I don't know why you people think that donating sperm means guy earns some magical rights but this is not how it works. Even when a mother is not married , her partner did not actually kick her out, she has full custody and partner can't see the kid if she is against it. Only if she is an extremely abusive parent she loses custody, not by naming a different father on certificate. If Angad can prove that Sahiba is keeping the kid with a terrible man who abuses him, then he stands a chance to get custody and even then he has to do lot of things right to ensure he doesn't lose it.
