Anirudh arshi to me seems to have more chemistry in the sense they compliment each other as a couple
Personally to me ani jhanak seems to have no chemistry whats so ever.

still saving my heart from not shipping.. I will do that in detail in my own story.. hopefully I get time for Runak one..Also wanted to add that based on how incoherent and sudden this was : and Jhanak fainting/something happening to her - this seems to be a last minute scene thrown in as a filler without giving any thought to it!
my point to makers is- if you want Ani to imagine Arshi in his subconscious state.. we cannot stop you but in that case, can you at least put Jhanak in a hostel.. why is she being kept in a house and being mentally tortured by those idiot ladies day and night.. Jhanak always says she is ready to leave them and go then why don’t they let her… Ani cannot stop you all as he is busy showing Arshi as his future.
Why can Jhanak on herself taking BS from these people who are no one to her.. she can clearly decline to the idea of getting married.. who are they to take decision for her when she is no one to them.. no one has her responsibility because she is an adult.. why is she even staying in this house..
High time show some boldness in act of ML and FL.. or else your story is going round and round yielding nothing
P.S- generic comment on the ongoing track. Yet to watch the episode
Exactly..what is the point of rinse and repeat when neither of these show any signs of acknowledgement of their feelings..atleast at this Juncture you expect Ani to show some progression..but no..anyways the less said about today’s episode the better..but your write up did much more justice to the episode than the actual one. Yesterday’s episode was beautiful until the precap washed out everything...but your write up again reminded that the episode was worth it inspite of the precap.. love reading your perspective!🤗Today's episode was disjointed - that's the only way to describe it!
The way I see today's hug and totally useless drunk scene was this - the makers want to portray Ani is still at crossroads and questioning himself, and they chose the most dumbass way to show that! 🙄🙄
They probably don't want to focus on the love story with the ipl, which makes no absolute sense.
One more thing - nothing these 2 said were true - if Ani kept blabbing about loving Arshi, Jhanak said she hates Ani - neither of which I think is true! 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Maybe the makers just wanted to show that being drunk, both are doing the opposite of what their heart wants - another utterly terrifically stupid idea!
Couldn't they stick to usual ITV cliches?! And Anirudh was sober when he admonished the ladies for getting Jhanak drunk, achanak Kaise chadd gayi usko?
Also, both Hiba and Krushal disappointed in doing the drunk acting during their scene together - it's very easy to go overboard, and while Hiba went overboard, Krushal underplayed it a tad bit too much!
I also didn't get Hiba's expressions at all when Ani was hugging Jhanak and talking about honeymoon and marriage!
I think Bipasha and Srishti has planned something to hurt Jhanak - again what a stupid idea! Srishti never learns, does she, all her brilliant ideas just brings out Ani's care for Jhanak more and more.
And itv hero's have done more toxic shit than what was shown today- so I am not giving up on RuNak yet - mainly because at this point he and Jhanak aren't anywhere close to being a couple and the love story has hardly started!
Having said that I still felt this was a totally unwarranted scene and didn't like it at all!
The only problem I have is - the makers just don't want to utilise goldmine moments between RuNak - if tomorrow Jhanak is really in danger and Ani does save her but we go back to I love Arshi, why do I care so much for Jhanak monologue from ani, and who gave you the rights to do so much for me type questions from Jhanak, then what's the point?!

Today was just a completely disjointed and disingenuous episode, both plot wise and acting-wise. What a mess... But I have a lot to say about things surprisingly.
Ani's mindset is made a complete 180 degree from the previous couple of episodes. He drinks bhaang in anger of what has been done to Jhanak, goes to search for her in her room, then finds her in balcony picking clothes. But imagines Arshi... eh?
My first thought process on this novel scene was... How did he even think Arshi is the type to pick up clothes? . Okay.
Then goes his long rant of asking sorry and telling we will get married soon and go to Kashmir... Wasn't it his plan to take her abroad since he was going there soon? Kashmir kahan se aagaya? . As Anju ji and a couple of others have said... I think Jhanak has become his instinct now... Arshi is just his habit, and he is mixing both confusing us viewers. I know everyone will find it a hot take since the execution was so bad, but I don't find that Ani likes Arshi. This just reminds me of one of my elder relatives who is used to confusing names with people and would call me by every female name in the family before mine... I just felt Ani was doing the same. It was just funny actually.
Jhanak tho, I don't want to say... It's also become an instinctual reaction for her to bash Ani when he is in front of him... I am sure if they had a scene where Chotton was there talking to her about Ani, she would have melted like a puddle and actually praised him.
I am actually amazed at these stupid basus, how did they let a woman (who they got drunk) roam freely in the house? Then not expect any kind of drama?
But I will agree with everyone else, the dialogues, the acting, and the execution were totally disjointed from the entire 120 episodes or so before this. So, Kudos to the makers for showing viewers that we also have to take Bhaang/be high or drunk to view this episode with clarity and without Anger.
Well, bad as it was, I think that scene aimed to create a misunderstanding in Arshi's heart, but considering the track record, not sure if it'll work. Need to wait a couple of episodes to see that...
Arshi, I feel still has some common sense/goodness left in her yet. Her mother is the number one most terrible influence on her. Shrishti is such a trigger-happy woman when it comes to Urvashi and Jhanak. Her common sense is overwritten by this hate that she cannot process/doesn't want to listen to logic. I mean, she is expecting a half-high man to perfectly see and understand Arshi? Has she ever had bhaang herself in life? I don't think so because she is a control freak who wants everything to be in her favor. And she is teaching the same to her daughter. The only reason Arshi has been reasonable till now is because of Vinayak's influence as a dad. But the tides are shifting, and Arshi is on her way to becoming Mini-Shrishti and the nail on the coffin will be the growing closeness between Ani and Jhanak.
She just keeps reiterating to Arshi that Ani hugged a maid, while it was Arshi's name Ani was taking on the spot. Shrishti has never known pure love in her life, seeing how she doubts and feels insecure about everything. Now I am intrigued to see how Shrishti was in the past... Was her insecurity/hatred a defense mechanism from a broken heart? or was she always like this? She reminds me of Anu (Malini's mom) from Imlie; an insecure villainous woman broken down by the infidelity of a man. The classism is gonna be there as her family (not sure where they are anymore?) itself is steeped in such a third-world practice.
On the other hand, Chotton takes care of a high Ani in his room. One thing I noticed was that Ani initially repeated that he loves Arshi, but on the third time asked Chotton to tell him who he loves, which kind of implies he is very confused, and neatly loops back to his monologue about why he cares so much for Jhanak but is unable to name a reason. I felt it was akin to a plea to Chotton asking him to reassure Ani if his thoughts were correct or not. If he was sober, he would have kept saying I love Arshi, but under the influence of bhaang, he doesn't sound sure anymore from my eyes.
Or maybe I am overthinking...
Chotton comes back down and hears the decision Arshi to not step in the Basu home since Jhanak is there and pleads Arshi to not decide in haste. I know to a lot of us it seems like Chotton did a 180 too. But I feel here his dialogue is consistent with his previous ones. He has thought about the fact he feels Ani loves Jhanak but since Ani has repeatedly insisted in the past that he loves Arshi, he knows for a fact Ani will marry Arshi, hence his first inquiry of how this incident will affect Jhanak in Ani's room, as he knows how his family will behave. Even when Ani revealed the marriage truth, he was still concerned for Ani-Arshi's relationship. Everyone including Chotton has been quite accustomed to the idea that Arshi will be Ani's wife, so I can perfectly see how he wants to prevent any rash decisions from being taken. As usual, he is shooed by the grifter couple Lal and Bipasha and hears without leaving an answer.
I also hated how everyone assumed Chotton is going to fill Ani's ears when he is only thinking of his nephew's best interest.
One thing Shrishti was in the right was asking Basus why they are doing nothing for their son's sake in finding a groom for Jhanak. Is she the only one supposed to because she is her aunt? When Jhanak is staying with the Basus? Basus are all bark and no bite; no wonder Ani finds it easy to fool them.
Arshi under the influence of her mother decides to leave without talking to Ani even when her dad insists. This is just a foreshadowing that what happened with Shrishti-Urvashi will happen with Jhanak-Arshi too.
Bipasha also requests Shrishti to stay and complete the maha punya plan... Now I am interested in what the plan is..... this is just Shrishti hitting two birds with one stone- Insulting Jhanak tit for tat and making sure she is not an obstacle in her daughter's life. But I am not sure if Shrshti is super smart/dumb? SHe should have accounted for such errors to happen in which case her reaction is too out of estimation. or is she having an agenda behind separating Ani and Arshi? She is not invested in that relationship anyway. Always doubts Ani and even says to Arshi that Ani is cheating on her and how she can go back to him. I feel she sees a reflection of her past/ weak- self yearning for a man who will not reciprocate and chastises her daughter for going on the same path!
On the side, the useless sister Rumi comes and informs Bipasha Jhanak is sleeping on the balcony adding more ammunition. Okay. Whatever
Anyways, Shrishti's hate overrides anything else and she asks Bipasha to haughtily inform her of any updates and leaves with her family despite their requests for Arshi to talk with Ani. Shrishti knows Ani is half high and won't understand so how is she thinking any actions Ani might have done have any value/weight to them? Both Mother and daughter a crazy yo.
Precap: The way Ani leaves mid-meal, it's quite evident he cares for Jhanak. That's all I am going to conclude before watching the actual episode.
I think I quite overthought on this one, but seriously they messed up a romantic festival event so bad man... As everyone said, maybe romance is not what is in the plans to counter IPL. We shall see...
Tagging some people, special mentions to all others!
PS: I still hate how they uploaded the episode at such a random time
Girl, your update didn't deserve this shoddy episode! That's all I'm going to say 🤣😁

The whole holi was just made like that ...
Didnt even refer the previous episodes before airing it

You said it all ..
Completely agree with you,Anu
Maya ji..u sound heart broken..they ruined Ani for me today..never once doubted this guy and the writer’s did a number on us..how are we mistaken when the dude is taking her on a date, taking her pictures possessively, shopping with her, posing for pictures with her, trying to feed her cake..imagining her everywhere...and Ofcourse flirting with her infront of everyone in yesterday’s epi applying colors to her and asking her to apply to him…and the rant continues..🤣 we didn’t read in between the lines..it’s just that the writers had Bhang too and had no idea what they dished out..Originally posted by: MayaFruitbae
I dont have expectations on that too.
We misunderstood the entire show ..
See Anirudh has always been telling Jhanak about studies , career , financial independence , strength to face her father , etc ...
He doesnt have any feelings for her.
We are totally mistaken , its not makers fault we assumed and understood everything ulta of what they meant !!!!😏😏😏😏😏
Girl, your update didn't deserve this shoddy episode! That's all I'm going to say 🤣😁
I was surprised I noticed so much too, today Arshi and Shrishti stood out to me more than Ani and Jhanak tbh.
I am super curious to see Shrishti's past now, hopefully they bring in some flashbacks from her late teens/twenties to open subplots. She displayed a range of emotions today... (whether the actress did a good job. Nope) based on my understanding of her traits.
