As far as I am aware, the team has given a reason for such storyline. However they are confident with the new cast also.

About shortest season, it is too premature to talk about it re. Let’s wait till May

They better buckle up the storyline coz the past 3-4 months tracks were a bit boring and had abrubt ending leading to no change in relationships just going in circles like the yuvraj track and the recent court drama as there are too many flippers in poddars. I mean abhimaan still have a watchman outside thier room who is monitoring their conversations on a daily basis and you are telling me none of the poddar can't find out what her business is by entering a room of a married couple on every occasion like seriously dadi and vidya want her to be happy in inspite of rohit not being there but can't put an eye on her actions and behaviour.

They haven’t even built Abhimaan properly. Thode lollypop scenes dete hai. But then utna hi.

i don’t think it’s going to be devru engagement.. itne open minded nahi hai Poddars ki love marriage woh bhi apne rival firm ke boss ke sath accept karde…. I guess devru relation can also be the revelation… Abhira might get to know before ganguar and support Charu.. Ruhi might add ghee and bhadkhao Ar and dadisa… kalesh brings trp.. I guess they will stretch as much as they can before revealing Ar ru past…

their formula is drag and drop. Devru dingdong will be out that way.

I don't think Armaan and Roohi's friendly lappa jhappa will be exposed this early. But yes, Dev and Charu will again pit Abhira against Poddars. And I for one believe that Abhira will not oppose it but not stand by it, if they elope. But phirse phasegi Abhira hi. I think this is the time when Armaan may ask Abhira to leave, and then Charu's entire kaand history will come out completely. Woh loop bhi aise aise close karenge and again Armaan will look out for Abhira.

It can also happen, this time wholeheartedly everyone accepts Abhira, Abhira and Armaan may be in a position to confess love, but Rohit shows up and tells Abhira the truth, requests family to unite Roohi and Armaan like he planned to, not knowing the equations have changed. Inn sabke beech, Roohi and Armaan are jacked, Abhira chooses to silently leave without notifying anyone and all hell breaks loose that leads to the separation and leap.

Leap ke baad, high profile lawyer Abhira, Armaan 2.0 and the love story gets the reboot it needed to kickstart love story on a fresh slate.
