Memory loss in accident during Manali trip would make sense. Now she was kicked out by Angad, you are telling me she got into some serious accident which could have taken her life and lost memory and even now Angad is accusing her without knowing whether she is dead or alive. That doesn't look like a good plot.

After being kicked out for miscarriage (yes had she not miscarried she would still be there till delivery) , only way for reunion is biological kid survived and no miscarriage.

I guess she had memory loss after delivery in.between something happened to her makers telling twist
