He knows ki their marriage is registered and done with all rituals he respects her thats why goes along with deal thing and gives her that liberty also to chose whether to live with him or not...but he himself is clear ki until unless she is with him,she is his wife..

Second the level of attatchment they feel for each other...

Abh still can handle herself,she very well.did all her case study and went to find proofs also..

But Ar he can barely function without her,she was doing case study,he was changing sides on bed..she was going to take bus in search of proofs he was going mad in room...

So these 2 things this track served..

Humein drama ki itni aadat ho gyi hai ki we ignore positives..😅

Baki I saw the iv where sheh was saying ki ar was all.prepared to band bajao ab in court so mainly he did had evidence but obviously itv serials ki hero fls hoti hai toh on script ar had proofs despite such important document being leaked(we shouldn't forget that),but abh ne usse pehle aake aur ar ke kehne par pehle bolke dadisa ko innocent prove kar diya,toh zarurat nhi padi..

Execution lacks no doubt in this thats why actors had better underatanding due to unsaid lines they gets in script and sometimes tell in ivs toh usi hisaab se jana padega😅

I understand your point but I think Abhira was not wrong. She has seen how Pupasha is still not getting consequences for his actions. How Puphasa is still being supported. How Dadi has two faces and even after all this people always question her upbringing while even if Ruhi is totally wrong no one notices her mistake. So even I will doubt such family.

And we are made of mistakes..

He was angry and what he did was very very wrong but still he was hell worried about her..
