I agree goenkas flipping expert hai…Manish kuch waqt ke liye Abhira Abhira kar sakta hai… but they are shameless to another level… zyaada der tak guilt mein nahi rehte ulta samne wale to guilt trip karta hai.. Swarna or Surekha toh already ab ko pasand nahi karte… who Ruhi ka vasta denge… agar sach bahar aaya toh yahi Manish besharmo ke jese abhira ko sacrifice karne ko kahega… aur woh do ladies mast aag mein ghee dalaenge… tumhari ma ne Ruhi se uski maatshree ko china aur tum use uska pyaar.. don’t want that crap… Abhira is better off without them… that’s the reason I don’t want her to know about goenkas… ye kisi ke sage nahi hai….

Senior akshara never claimed any rights on Maheshwari’s so she didn’t had any. Naira got dance academy from singhania’s and after her death it would be shut down now. So abhira can’t claim any of it. We can’t go and demand property rights from our great grandmother’s family. Mostly people don’t have that much of close connection with 3rd or 4th gender family in real. She can have some of Goenkas because they are her grandparents family but Ruhi and Kairav kids have more rights on this too. Abhira really had only money that Akshara lefted for her and by marriage Poddar money.

In India, sisters give up their property! Hain ! Who said?

It's doesn't matter whether you ask for it or not, you automatically inherit it.

I am from Rajasthan and had lots of relatives. From mothers side, fathers side,my in law side and lots of extended family and long distance relatives. Not any girls inherited there father probably. They only claim property if they had no brother or have big dispute with brother family. I know some aunts who are just sisters and they doneted mostly money after their parents death.

There were news also when brothers got large sum of money from some family property so they gave some percentage of money to sister as Maira(Bhat) in sister’s daughter marriage. Sister didn’t get the money as inheritance. It is mostly followed in Rajasthan.

I don't know about ancestors property but father ka property equally divide hota hai among children, irrespective of gender. That is the law. If some people of a particular state didn't distribute equally because they weren't aware of law, that doesn't everyone in India does that na, dear. Infact in today's time, a lot of woman don't even get married , those times are gone where everything is given to the son as the girl goes into another house..

Yes women inherit it but most of the women don't claim it in name of not spoiling relationships.

My Mother hasn't taken her share but then again none of her siblings is getting anything as abhi sab Nanu ke pass jaa raha hain. Still in future most probably none of the sisters will claim it.

My father didn't took his share too from his family, actually none of the brothers took but my Buas took their share.

So yes law deta hain but women still don't claim it.

I completely get your point, i also have never taken a single rupee from family. What i meant is i don't think anyone asks money/property, but once parents die then all the money & assets gets divided among siblings.

it doesn’t matter if it’s on mother or father’s side, agar batwara hua then legally every kid will get equal share.. though sometimes daughters give up their portion… when my nana’s property was sold it was divided equally among my mother, uncle and nani.. though many expected my mother to give up her share, my nani was adamant on giving her daughter equal portion…

Now coming to the serial, it works on out of sight out of mind principle… when they can do ghoomar after Rohit’s death toh Maheshwari or Singhania kya hai… I agree about their ancestral property but then again Naira will inherit her portion which will be divided among her three kids which can will be divided… so ab will inherit her mom’s share which imo will be small amount as a similar thing happened in my family….

And to the most important point 6 pages hogaye iss inheritance pe ab bas karte hai… Rajan ko jo dekna hoga woh dekhaega😅

I always had this question why did Ak not contact Her brother n her husband's sister during emergency n for protection of her only daughter from a creepy criminal when they were much more reliable than that dumb Manish So some said that it's because they are eased out of the show how will Ak contact them

Same way Maheshwari's Singhania's are eased out of the show So Legacy FL won't get anything as inheritance from them because she can't contact them just like her mother couldn't The Only inheritance she can get is from Goenka's if there is any left for Ruhi Abhira n kairav's kidssmiley14

See that is individual choice. But law does give the right to men and women to equally claim their parents' property. Some choose not to, because of their own personal reasons. Similarly, here the thing is, Abhira has every right over Goenka, Singhania and even Maheshwari property. But she might not want any of it. Just like her mother, who gave up the material comforts to live a peaceful life with her husband. And also gave her daughter a comfortable life and wonderful upbringing. So like her parents, Abhira can forge her own path, build the career she loves and make her own wealth. Not everyone is dependent on family wealth and profession and is fully capable of building everything from the scratch on their own.

very true!! Here out of sight is out of mind… so it’s just Ruhi, Abhira and kairav’s kids if at all they introduce them.. also they made ab say she doesn’t have any virasat except her mother’s dream, so they won’t go back on their words.. kisi ko kuch nahi milne wala except ddp😅🤣
