Buttttttt I just have to say, Abhira is on a horrible track to become a lawyer. These type of things (lying about your relation to the defendant and breaking attorney-client privilege for the defendant) are so serious and she's blatantly doing that so early on in her career when she has to prove herself to the entire law field? I hope makers show her grieve her consequences for this because tbh it doesn't seem like she feels one ounce of remorse. The same person who is so righteous is deceiving her own internship, something she holds so dearly to herself. Being with Akshu for 22 years, she definitely knows that these things are huge NO NOs.

Shows us that dear Abhira is also not as truthful as we think of her to be. Akshu was literally better lol to hire another lawyer for Abhir instead of fighting for her son herself. Makers showed some logic there.

If Abhira really believes that Dadi is not at fault, why couldn't have she excused herself from the case from Dev's fault like Charu did and help Armaan with the case? Her and Armaan make a good team and that would've been such a cute start to their love story although I don't think that love story should ever be shown lol it's too tarnished right now.

Also, why is Abhira so pressed that Armaan rejected Manav for Ruhi? She's angry about her promise to Bade Papa not being fulfilled, but not angry about deceiving her internship and boss? Make it make sense.

I have seen people mention that Charu excused herself from the case. But I do not remember any episode showed that. Infact that day when the case came up it was shown that CHaru had a day off and did not go to office. And when Ab came back she said she took up the case. So Charu is getting free ka praise without being worthy.

Imagine having a wife/daughter-in-law who you can't truly trust with your personal details and not even know what side she's on? One side she's saying Dadisa didn't do anything wrong, other side she's saying Dadisa did everything. That has to hurt a lot too considering everything that the family's been through because of her. See the other side of it too. Abhira is at fault here and this is a two-way street. If I were Armaan or anyone else in the family, I'd be completely convinced that she gave away the file. She's already taken on this case in deceit, might as well be completely deceitful. I'm surprised Fufasa hasn't called Dev up yet telling him about the truth or even Dadisa.

That is true... but Dev completely knows that Charu is a part of the Poddar fam so there's no reason for her to go up to him to excuse herself from the case. I guess I got that part wrong, Charu was never approached for the case. So she's neither right nor wrong - Dev just knew about her conflict of interest from the beginning.

Ok there is some called "confidentiality". "Breach of privacy"

Not only for lawyers. This is applicable to all the profession.

I as a doctor cannot divulge my Patient's information to anybody.

So, no matter Abhira or Armaan ko ek se dusre se kitna bhi lagaav ho, woh ek dusre ki files nahi padh sakte

Because it's breach of privacy for Armaan s client.

Abhira has good intention. But that still does not give her a right to either read those files or confront Armaan about it.

As a professional lawyer on the prosecution side, she has to wait for the evidence to be mailed to her office.

As a wife/friend she has to ask Armaan before reading them. Even then Armaan reserves the right to refuse her.

I hope my point is clear now.

Anyways I didn't watch episode so can't say much.

But I think drama is nice.

Abhira is too naive and idealistic .She wants to be sach ke liye ladne waali but somewhere she feels dadi isn't a criminal and would also wanna prove her innocent. Her idea is that she will get justice for the poor but also get the actual criminal punished - but if its dadi, then Abhira will be ok with dadi in prison too. But she kinda knows its not dadi - just that evidence so far that she has seen is stacked against dadi.

I don't think she realizes that Armaan or her own boss Dev perhaps arent on the same page as her. They are only interested in their own case and not being fix it all people. She on the other hand wants to fix it all

She is young, inexperienced and wants to do right by everyone.

Her idealism and innocence and utterly naive behavior at times shows in everything. She easily forgives, wishes well even for people like Ruhi or Charu who have spoken very rudely to her.

But she's so sincere and genuine that I find her idealism cute, adorable and not annoying or stupid

Makers had a good chance of redeeming Ar in the public eye through this track had they shown his mature lawyer version who is calm and composed. But i don't think they want to make him likeable coz he behaving like a raging mad man

@bold - Us case mein they would have shown Ab saying, "Meri mumma kabhi galat nahi ho sakti" 😭🤣
