Yes Binni ka character would have worked if it is in full vamp mode. But maybe they are trying to show that Binni as a woman felt touched that Imlie took a stand for her even when Imlie knows Binni is lying. You know that point I am really glad that this show is showing. Enough of girls always shown as plotting and planning to bring down others. Also Imlie never feels hate towards anyone and she never taught her nephew to hate his father's family even when they were indirectly responsible for her sister's death. So I can understand Imlie protecting Binni's name in front of the society.

Maybe in the end Binni will die and leave the child to Imlie to care for. Or Binni herself will admit it and then move out of Chaudhary's. This Raghu Zinda is a twist mujhe samajh nahin aa raha - Either Imlie will kill Raghu in desperation and finally Malti becomes widow or Raghu has bigger part to play in the plot going forward.

Imlie will not kill. That is why Raghu cannot be used as a major conflict between imlie and surya at all.. ab yeh bakwaas shaadi that he is doing, the impact is useless because we know there is nothing that imlie can possibly tell him. Surya is looking like one yeda only now.. even after marriage , unless they have a real conflict, bakwaas hi rahega..

I somehow felt today ki Surya-Imlie ki shaadi iss track me nai hogi..

With the ongoing stuff in terms of Monty's murder, Binni's inner conscience talking to her (more like whispering), I felt as if this is all just to cancel Surya being married to Binni.. but doesn't guarantee his wedding with Imlie..

I don't know y'all, but be prepared for more maayusi in case the most anticipated revenge marriage doesn't happen..

I think ye aise hi without marriage, thode scenes kheechenge between Surlie in CM, and after sometime, cos of some major misunderstanding or plot twist, hogi shaadi..
