Srimad Ramayan EDT Week #11: 11-15th March, 2024 - Page 14

Almost felt like skipping the Bali-Sugriv stuff but it’s ok atleast it was only for a bit. It felt like we finally got the trio’s scenes after such a long time today! I also feel that it’s unfair that they mentioned that many years went by in a passing dialogue! At the very least they could’ve shown a montage of the stuff they rushed through oh well. I know that it’s Sony who is behind this nonsense this is what I feared. They seem to want to end this show fast now that the mandir event is done unfortunately it feels like Sony only wanted this to coincide with that event rather than actually showing the story as it is. Loved the Ram Sita scene as usual . And the scene where they showed Vishnu - Lakshmi avatars but I don’t like that they changed the main theme to Shri Ram instead of Siya Ram idk why esp in that scene when both of them were present I got why they changed it in an earlier scene during Bharat’s forest trip due to him being in that scene by himself but here it was Ram and Sita together

Actually Valmiki too skipped through some shloks and just mentioned the leap of 10 years. So the makers are accurate according to VR. They don't have any substance to show as the original author himself didn't mention any

frankly speaking, i wasnt flummoxed at this point b/c its not surprising to see channel's interference behind the show. the entire track got rushed to 10 years which was like, woah so rapid. 😂 bali sugriv nonsense even though important for the story progression is just like i'm watching a kids show in one bit and then the actual ramayana with the trio. like that fight was so horribly performed and hanuman's wig was looking weird vs sugriv/vali with the curled hair was looking bit funny too lol.. 😂 🤣

ram-sita scenes are always a delight to observe esp their parallels..i liked them discussing about their marriage moments being unforgettable and how sita teases ram over him being a pro in words like weapon usage..even the scenes with rishi agastya were nicely done..

😂😂😂 i m always saying these vanars r looking from planet of apes. The only best real vanars from treta yug which were portrayed well was in earlier the very famous one.

In second ramayan by same makers the rakshas look was of cartoons.

Technology has advanced VFX r good but the looks have not come out right at all.

Bali sugreev bit parts will come in flashback when Hanuman tells Ram about the cave story. They showed but only now

I was actually waiting for this scene where Rishi sees the real roop of Ram Sita. This part was not in original one but in second part yes.

Has anyone else enjoyed this week's episode than most of last week's? Last Monday's episode was one of my favorites of the show so far, but the rest of the week was mostly okay at best. Both of this week's episodes have been pretty good in my opinion and we're about to get a signature moment in the coming days with Raavan's sister.

I wanted to know how Hanumanji became Bhakt of Shree Ram and why he is expecting Ramji arrival soon...on what basis

All his dialogues..aise hi hawa mein lagte hain

Wahi even I want to know this. Actually my basis is ramanad Sagar ramayan and Hanuman entry comes after shabri mata guides Ram lakshman. So I m getting confused at Hanuman knowledge or maybe as shivji says Hanuman is ansh avtaar so trikaal drishti. But I can't connect to it ..

Rest i m still enjoying ramayan mainly bcoz of Ram lakshman actually as their expression etc is perfect. One is calm one is hyper. Very perfect

Sita is good but something is not connecting for me though actress is really pretty Devi type.

There was one tv show ABT bal Hanuman. There is story ABT Hanuman as child meeting Shri Ram in child roop and he was told about him meeting again when they grow up. Hanuman was naughty as a kid but very powerful but some Rishi cursed him to forget his powers and it will come back when needed.

This part was shown near the sea by jambvan when they were thinking how to cross the sea

over here, it's just not really clear as to how hanuman's devotiion even developed...makers mentioned him as shiv avataar and mahadev being narayana's daas and all before hanuman's entry took place...it was confusing lol..
