Imlie handing over math equations to Surya reminded me of how Agastya had offered to tutor her before his death. Our district topper August Babu is always missed. At least Imlie remembers that she has another promise to keep, the one about pursuing her education and career.

Something about Sai, Adrija and a gun, always such intense scenes. The lack of fear in Imlie as she stares into Surya’s eyes, the same eyes and face her Babu. I’d feel haunted looking at him if I was her. She had those tears beautifully flowing out, accepting that whatever fate befalls her that at least she knows she’s not in the wrong. And the way she pulled a reverse Uno card on Surya by grabbing his wrist to test his pulse instead.

Something about the lighting in the investigation room really made Sai’s eyes stand out today. I love when we see the magic of the technical team.

Dadi’s soft way of speaking to Binni felt like glass in my ears, not gonna lie. It’s all good though because end mein she’ll get the bigger sadka when the truth is revealed. Gattu’s honour is being besmirched with all of this but unko kya. Binni Tinni is really going to call her child fatherless when her baby daddy is in jail, kya drama karti hai. Now Dadi is going to try and tie Binni naam ka bell around Gattu 2.0’s neck. Bechara Surya doesn’t know what’s coming, wonder how he’ll react.

Chutki might be the kind to freeze up and go into shock but Sonali is always so quick to take action. I love her character so much honestly. Although it’s odd that none of them feel the Déjà vu in all of this, so many parallels.

The more lighthearted banter between Imlie and Surya has started. Adrija and Sai are always good at those scenes, crazy how the vibe is completely different than Imlie-Agastya scenes. Big kudos to the both of them.

Overall, another good episode. Just going with the flow, looking forward to the bhang wala sequence. Still hoping that Imlie sings Satyam Shivam Sundaram for Maha Shivratri.

Maybe it’s because the danda, the slap and the knife but the ice is really broken between Surya and Imlie. Even Agastya and Imlie weren’t so casual with physical touch in the beginning. Although they haven’t realized it yet, they’re very comfortable with eachother, it could be familiarity…

We have to give it to Sai and Adrija for playing it so naturally. Surya pushing Imlie out of the way with a thumka is still the most iconic thing to me 😂

Even the short snippet of the bhaang wali sequence that we got in the precap, there’s so many instance where you can see Surya hold Imlie’s wrist or hand.

There was obviously this magic in the air when Agastya and Imlie got close to each other. Their attraction, their innocence, their intimacy, everything was just so beautiful. Just thinking about that era brings a smile to my face. The colours, the outfits, the visuals, the music, it was truly the best thing ever. I can’t wait to do a full rewatch when I have time. Missing Imlie and her Babu, so many good moments 🤌🏼✨

@bold:- Yup - Agastya and Imlie are my favorite after a certain other couple. The dresses the interaction and the way the story progressed - Uff it is really so good. And Agastya having that smitten kind of smile whenever he was around Imlie - it was really a soft fluffy kind of story. I so want Surya to be Agastya please. Imlie and her babu need to have lots of happiness in their lives.

I am doing a rewatch of the initial episodes - If only Gul did not have that horrendous wig the episodes would have been even more beautiful.

Do you all think that with IPL starting the tracks would be slowed down. I don't think Amrit will be able to come into the house this easily even with Binni being his helper. Also I don't think Binni ka sach bahar aayega. It will take time to get her truth out. I feel that the marriage would be done before the IPL and then they will extend the track as a chewing gum.

The way Agastya looks at Imlie is one of my favourite things honestly. The best thing about the wig being gone was the emphasis on Sai’s eyes. They became so much more prominent, whether it was anger, sadness or love, everything felt more amplified.

This is why Surya felt so different, we’ve never seen that same feeling in his eyes. We’ve seen him be fascinated by Imlie and her fire but never smittened.
