It’s the numbers and popularity that was monumental for PTV. Which continues to be the case. And which is not debatable. So it’ll always come down to that 🤷‍♀️
Why shouldn’t he hype it? It’s literally his job. He has a production house to think about. He’s doing the same with other dramas of 7th sky which are doing well. Like Khaie. Once that ends he can make a part 2 for that as well and make all kinds of hype announcements 😂

if something is good you don’t need to do all this extra stuff to get attention. Humsafar came out a decade ago and it’s still being hyped up because people genuinely love the pairing . This all happened without the social media age with all this editing or photo shoots . Tere bin already has hype kadwani is just being greedy as hell doing this extra stuff .

Like I don’t have a problem with kadwani hyping his product , his a producer his supposed to do that . It’s the way he manipulates facts to make his dramas seem bigger than what it is . I just found out on Reddit it didn’t even get 3 billon views , it got like 2.5 or something . What’s the point of doing things like that ? If something is a hit you don’t need to lie about the numbers

Not just Geo. Look what Hum TV is doing to Ishq Murshid. Jab 20-30 million views or itni high TRP aaye toh sab channels ka imaan kamzor pad jaate hain. Even ARY does it (e.g.Siyani). The only reason MPTH didn't get stretched on ARY was because Humayun was producer himself.

People who understand hindi/urdu watch ITV & PTV shows both. Yes TB had huge viewership on youtube, IM as well & it's not from Pak only.

TB season 2 might take time to start, they'll try to maintain the hype, nothing wrong in that.

Views and reviews are behind, first of all. Tere Bin was peaking around episode 20 while the complaints have piled on IM at this similar stage. IM is a short story while TB was a lengthy one. Keeping an audience for 58 freakin episodes is no small feat. IM is never going to have that challenge. Also the relevance. TB is still being kept relevant. Still remains to be seen if IM will be relevant a year from now.

Also have you not seen Hum tv and Farooq Rind going nuts - them ruining IM and milking it like crazy? They’re so high on the success that they’ve literally ruined the pacing of the story and made it disjointed. All to drag it a bit more. Same tactics 7th sky does.

What you’re saying for 7th sky is true for every single producer out there. Money is all they understand. So what’s the point of us arguing over who has higher moral ground lol. They’re all the same.
