Any thoughts?
Haven't seen him since ages and his last slightly popular stint was New York, almost a decade and a half ago.

Neil

Mukesh
teen tigada kaam bigada
No idea. He was very promising in Johnny Gaddar though.Haven’t seen him in anything else that I can think of off the top of my head since. But that’s probably the reason. I guess I answered my own question
He was seen in golmaal series prem ratan dhan payo in negative role
He is very underrated,
Ranbir got all big roles on the plate. and he remained with nothing

That could be true. But I also wonder if Neil was not great at networking back then. Some of these young folks like Siddharth, Varun, Ranbir and a couple others, assisted on sets of movies that they were not starring in any capacity in. They were Assistant Directors? idk. That way they get a bit friendly and win the trust of big directors and producers like KJo, Aditya Chopra, SLB. They got a lot of films following that too with such banners.
Maybe coz he looks more like a foreigner than Indian, but less like a foreigner than a foreigner.😆 (If you know what I mean. I hope this is not disrespectful coz that is not my intention at all.)
So people didnt know what to make of him? I never found him hot. His acting chops were much appreciated in Johny Gaddar but after that things didnt go very well for him I think. Atleast I don't remember any of his movies.
Nepotism didnt help him either.

Possibly also lacked screen presence. There's barely any news of him attending any of these B-town parties and weddings. I think proactively networking could've been an issues and deprived him of some opportunities too.
Male version of Esha Deol, maybe
A classic case of nepotism not helping and the audience not warming up to him
Nothing special about him.
