What a powerful movie!
I watched it after having watched Devdas because of the director...in addition it had Rani and Amitji (I already knew them from other movies).
As it was inspired by Helen Keller I was triple interested...but then, I didn't adapt well to the teacher's ways (at first). Still, the movie deeply impressed me.
The 'breakthrough scene' (with the child actress)...after little Michelle comprehends the relation between things/persons and words...
