By that logic food from world over is similar because most vegetables and grains are eaten in some or the other country!
Why the hell was a Greek Challenge planned in Goa instead of a Portuguese challenge? Just because there are semi-European buildings in Goa and the only white chef they could find in Goa was Greek? What exactly is the logic here?

He is not exactly wrong. Greece and Rome had very ancient trade relationships with Malabar. And ottomons and greece had their whole think. So yeah, the whole region has culinary interconnections.
For the first time, a challenge made sense from a production perspective. Tiranga challenge on Republic Day on a historical location. It was poignant and beautiful. A good republic day tribute. ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ณ
And for a change everybody made Indian dishes!
