Akshra to meet Shefali

As per the promo Akshra will bid adieu to Abhimanyu and will ask him to stay away and not to return back. But she herself will call him back when there won't be any other doctor to treat Abhinav. Will Abhinav have to visit Udaipur for treatment? Will Akshra accompany him? Will Akshra end up bumping into Shefali? Will Akshra accompany Muskan if she gets a job in Udaipur? I have this feeling that very soon we will get to see Akshra and Shefali meeting.
