I see max 2 kids in Middle class. Most upper middle class families have 1 kid. At least around me.

But it's needed now poor ppl r producing more n more children to get govt benefits. Even on signals we see poor ppl have so many children begging n these ppl r not even working just begging.

Then Gov benefits should be stopped and using children for begging should be banned

But I guess that's not practical? If they're getting paid for having children, why would they stop?

Anyway forced anything cannot (and shouldn't be ) done in a democracy

Yes it should not be forced but made lucrative. Like giving govt benefits to only families with two children.

But population is vote bank so can't be enforced easily

People who say that should be made to live in India and take the public transport to and from work, for a few days, also wait in line in Gov offices etc.

All my cousins are 2 siblings but all of them have 1 kid only.
