After the precap today of Mahima confronting Khairav, a, wondering if this cameo is Anisha's lover boy with whom she wanted to cheat with; closure of Khairav case once and for all  

Iniitally when i saw this news on Twitter, i thot it to be another doctor guy who may take over as MD or something, then 3 way tashan between this guy, Abhi and Mahima. But, reading this here, he seems to be a businessman. 

Or, a far away stretch  - could he be the guy with whom Arohi runs away for good leaving Neil
