This SS is inspired from the malayalam movie Mizhi randilum with lots of changes.

A nurse went near Rohit.

She:Dr.Rohit...

He looked at her.

Rohit:Sonakshi...

When she turned,he held her hand.

Then he embraced her from behind.She blushed.

Sona:Dr.Rohit..please leave me.This is a hospital.

Rohit:But I want you to be in my arms.

Sona was trying to get out of his arms.

Sona:Dr.Rohit..others will see us like this.

Rohit:Let them see.

Suddenly Sonakshi pushed him.

Rohit:Why did you push me?

Sona:The naughty doctor should be controlled.

Rohit showed a puppy face to her.

Suddenly Rohit opened his eyes.Yes,he was sleeping on the bed and this was his dream.

Rohit:Oh no...it was only a dream.

Rohit:It was such a cute dream.In the dream Sonakshi was behaving like a typical girl friend.But in real,she is not my girl friend at all.But I will propose her.

He smiled.

Sonakshi opened her purse and was shocked that it was empty.

She went near her brother Prithvi.He looked drunk.

Sona:Prithvi bhaiyya,did you take money from my purse?

Prithvi:If I have taken it...?

Sona:Please return it.Because I have to give to some people from whom we have borrowed money.We have to pay loan also.

Prithvi:I can't give it to you Sona.

Their mother Suman:Prithvi,please don't waste money by drinking.Sona is struggling hard to pay loans and you are wasting her money.

Prithvi:You are talking as if I stole Sona's money.I have  rights on her money.Because she is my sister.

Sona:I agree bhaiyya.But please return that money.I need to pay loan.I saved my salary for that.

Prithvi:I can't give it to you.Because I already spent it.

Sonakshi and Suman were shocked.

Suman:How can you be so cruel Prithvi?

Prithvi:Stop it Maa.

Prithvi walked out.

Sonakshi was in tears.

Suman:I feel very sad to stand helpless Sona.You are the bread winner of this family.But Prithvi is not giving you that respect.You are struggling hard to make money for us.

Sonakshi wiped her tears.

Sona:Maa,only for some more time.After that Sitara will become a doctor and I will not have to fund her education.Then all our financial problems will get over.

Suman:But you also need a life Sona.Good marriage proposals had come for you.But Prithvi is creating problems on the way and blocking all the proposals.Because for him,you are a goose who lays golden eggs and he is scared whether he will lose his goose if you get married.

Rohit noticed Sonakshi taking care of another patient.

Patient:Sister,you are the only relief I have.When I talk to you,I feel that you are my friend.

Sonakshi smiled.

Rohit: She is so caring towards the patients.This is why I love her.

The nurse Dhwani went to Rohit's cabin.

Dhwani:Dr.Rohit...

Rohit:Call Sonakshi.We have to go for the round.

Dhwani:Ok Doctor.I will call her now.

She went out and informed it to Sonakshi.

Sonakshi came inside Rohit's cabin.

Sonakshi:Dr.Rohit!Shall we go for the round?

Seeing her,Rohit's face blossomed.

He nodded his head.

Dr.Rohit did a surgery and Sonakshi assisted him.

After the surgery they were happy as the surgery was successful.

Rohit:I was tensed about this surgery.Luckily everything went well.

Sonakshi:I was sure that the surgery will be successful.Because your hands are magical.All your surgeries will be successful for sure.

Rohit smiled.

Sona:Doctor,I will change my dress and come.

Rohit:Ok.

Sonakshi changed her nurse attire and wore a saree suit before getting out of the hospital.She wears the nurse costume only in the hospital.

Rohit's eyes fell on Sonakshi when she returned wearing a saree.

Rohit:In ordinary dress,you look very beautiful.

Sonakshi smiled.

Sonakshi:Thank you Doctor.

Rohit:Sonakshi,I know that you are going home.But can you please spare 5 minutes for me?

Sonakshi:Yes.But why Doctor?

Rohit:I want to tell you something important.

Sonakshi smiled and said:Please say doctor.Should I do any emergency work?

Rohit was nervous.

Amazing update.... well written 

Ronakshi's dream sequence was romantic. Poor Sonakshi! She works hard to support her family, but her brother only wants to drink.

He does not care about Sona's loan repayment. 

I Hope Ronit and Sonakshi come close.

Rohit is dreaming of Sonakshi and wants to propose her.

Prithvi thinks he owns the money his sister earns. What a loser.

Of course Prithvi does not want her to get married. No more free money.

Rohit is a nice guy. But she will have to turn down his proposal.
