So Predictable Hopefully Now Karans  Truth Will Be Out And Preeta  Slaps Him For Hiding The Truth From Her 

For this to happen, Preeta Rishabh marriage has to break, right?

But, makers have to show Rishab and Preeta nullifying their marriage, only then Preeta and Arjun/Karan marriage will be valid.
