Why is caste still a topic outside india/srilanka

Hi guys, 

I wanted to ask why our pre-generation had to move the caste system to the foreign countries... 

Why can't they move on from that.. in foreign they won't even look at it.. 

I feel like brown people are more racist to each other..

What do you think?
