I just checked updates on google for this week. I skipped onscreen. I was away a while. Don't have time to binge watch all five episodes in a go. 

There is one part where she told rishab she did dressing for Arjun in the party. He injured bis hand. 

So preejun marriage truth also she will reveal to rishab.

On the contrary, the marriage may not happen. Perhaps rishab will see and stop. Or someone else. Like shristi. 

The promo could be misleading. It's not full marriage. No MS and sindoor. Arjun didn't carry any with him. Perhaps half marriage through pheras. 

KDB promos are always misleading. Could be a dream sequence. In actual would not be the same.
