That’s what I told her ! That the fans have been sending complaints for weeks now and got shady responses.

I thought maybe the second part of the response would be helpful, but then, the channel itself doesn’t seem to care 😕

Yesh. IBF essentially forwarded the complaints to a Mr Rakesh Dhotre. That man is the grievance officer and is definitely unpopular because he's the name behind the BS replies we have got.

This is the same channel that let the clowns use trolling as their issue of discussion, basically fussing audience and using them. As if the couples out their havent face the same issues as them. And used that for publicity

BTW, watched Vaashi! It is too good...Tovino and Keerthy's chemistry is too good. And the dialogues too (from subtitles). Must watch I would say for any modern couple who are competitive in their careers. 👍🏼

I always see it as business abd in this industry every publicity is good publicity.

Also every channel has a grievance officer. Write a mail.

Anyways this is just a suggestion based on what i know as the correct process. But you guys can try this change thing. Never seen it working tbh. I might have myself signed 20/30 but no idea what happened to them.
