The paper work was supposed to be done beforehand. You see this show is made by a bunch of half educated people and the characters are also mostly illiterate in the show. Like BK who's so into wanting Chirag since nov. 2021 very literally ignored the advice of a practicing OB-GYN and Sai (An intern doc) that Patru is ineligible not just legally, but also the fact that she's never given birth herself, so there can be complications.. also because apparently Sai had one egg left😑 so she literally ignored all the risks of never being able to get a Chavan khandaan ka chirag for who? Patralekha? 🤭🤣🤣 Laughworthy .. they write one episode and check trp then write one episode... Check trp... I love the character analysis of this show than its plot and now its not in the forum.....the most interesting character for psychology analysis is virat but screenplay and direction ruins that character

A man who looks perfect from outside looks totally confused with his own life ..in his pov he is right and has modern independent thoughts but he fails to recognize himself as male chauvinist....he loves his wife and he will never cross that line with other woman but his love is not what we expect ...he wants her to understand his pov and feelings...the male superiority complex in husband wife relationship...I am always right...he always tried to keep other man including his brothers some distance away from his wife...his male ego comes when other man speak in favour for her....he has a typical man fear that others will fall for his younger beautiful wife....coming to pakhi... he has no feelings...so his wife also shouldn't doubt him... there comes ego clash in his relation...neither he sincerely love his parents or his cousins including samrat..if he loved samrat he wouldn't had made his love to surrogate his and his wife's kid ...its like I born into this family so I must adjust to it....he acts as peace maker just to impress everyone ...and looking at present plot...he will not have much attaachment to kid...he wants a child of his and sai's blood to tie sai with him forever...rest he won't care who raise it...

Ya but that logic aside, if PP signs any piece of paper in full hosh, with witnesses- if she committing to caring for the baby to the best of her ability and handing over the baby, that holds right. So if she can be proven to deliberately harm the baby thats in violation of the written agreement. Imo Sai is insisting on written paperwork just to psychologically gain upper hand because that will be something to remind pp of her place.

In any case post delivery baby is biologically Sai's and there is no conflict there.

The problem is pp lives with them and everyone favors pp so it'll be tough to stop pp from haq jataoing unless Sai gets a restraining order.

Legal proof is important for custody. Aise toh anyone can claim a right on anyone's kid.. kalko even Sada can come and claim a right stating it's his.. 🤣 jokes apart.. banks ka it's still fine, but usme bhi major chiz ke lie you need notarized docs signed by the registrar. Yes, the mother gets the custody mostly even if she's not financially independent, and Virat will have to maintain her by giving maintenance and alimony.

Yes Sai and Virat are married but they never considered her as bahu.

Then they will say let child be with P as she gave birth etc later. So no use of proof

But atleast birth certificate will have Sai and virats names if proof s there.
