financial status of Chavhans

i never got how chavhans are financially. There are always contradictory statements about it from the beginning. except Virat & Sai, no one has job. Omikaka is supposedly has business but he is not shown to go to his office. Baba is retired from army but Virat talks about paying his parents to cover their expenses during Shruti track. Ninad also has important meeting & goes on tours with Bhavani kaku. But BK also talks about how she rarely leaves CN. GC was Virat's first posting & JM talks about his salary being 50-60 k per month. But he could pay 4 lacs for Sais tuition. Samrat is not much older than Virat so his pension & related things from army can't be significant. But BK talks about keeping P in CN for his money when he was missing. Vithal comments on how huge the house is but they only showed maid working for them just in the 1st episode & buying different flavored ice cream is considered a big deal?

May be writers get memory loss once in a while😃 Just like AAi baba were married for 28 years in the beginning & Virat was one of youngest IPS officer. But BK commented about Virat marrying girl 1/2 his age. And aai baba later celebrated 37th anniversary with Virat being born within year or two. Which makes Virat 35-36 & not 26-28 which is more logical. So they didn't think of Samrat marriage till he was almost 40? how does that fit in in an orthodox family?
