I think they were on the verge of getting married and that's why he openly admitted there is someone in his life when sajal teased him.

He also seems to be overly close to his family like Usama but his family don't come off as conservative as usama's.

I think that Bilal and ramsha dating can be also due to both are of pathan's. That can also be a reason that ramsha was accepted by his family.

And i find that Usama is also a Khan.. and zainab is not so that can be the reason why he is in denial mode

I don't know about them both being pathan and it playing a part. I know ramsha and Bilal did a movie together at the start of their career which flopped badly😆

Are all khans pathans? I have heard some just put it as a sirname.
