Only Admin / GM will have access to all forums (Private / Public). And they will generally check when reported.

Vijay, could you please tell us who runs the Moderator account and suddenly shows up to give warnings for no reason? You can’t even PM that account and it doesn’t reply. It is run like a dictatorship and not fair at all. At least the mods should have a name and face and be contactable if you want to discuss something.
