In between ones like shamsheras , brahamastras , Pathan’s , jawaan are show up in theatres with lowest expectation possible

Oh and I hate luv ranjan movies , I might not even go to theater fir this one

Shamshera is an upcoming period action film produced by Aditya Chopra and directed by Karan Malhotra that stars Ranbir Kapoor in a double role, Sanjay Dutt as an antagonist alongside Vaani Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla, Ashutosh Rana and Ronit Roy. It is one of the most expensive budget Hindi Films.

Trailer of the movie Shamshera is based on dacoit tribe in the 1800s fighting for their Independence against the British rule.

The story explained through trailer of the movie is that there’s a new dacoit in the city named Kaza where he (Shamshera) robs jewellery from weddings and festivals. Civilians are shown complaining the British army regarding the robbing’s and then Shudh Singh (Sanjay Dutt) is introduced by British army to clean the Indian dirt. Shamshera (Ranbir Kapoor) challenges the British army with his gang. Shudh Singh is a brutal antagonist. He is seen doing brilliant action scenes with Shamshera. But later it is shown that Ranbir Kapoor has a double role where a father’s legacy is a son’s destiny. “KARAM SE DACAIT….DHARAM SE AZAAD” is the tagline of the movie.

Vaani Kapoor is shown as Shamshera’s love angle and her screen presence is very beautiful and she connects well to the story.

Trailer is quite interesting and it might attract audience in large numbers to the movie theatres. Director of the movie mentioned that a lot of hard work and efforts have been put on to own up the every role. RanbirKapoor is shown flaunting his six pack abs in the movie.

The music of the film is composed by Mithoon and so far the music of the film is hit and songs are played on loop.

Shamshera movie is set to release on 22nd of July in cinemas in multiple languages as well.

Reducing the ticket prices is a very strange strategy

Are they really this confident of their product - get the audience in the theatre with low prices and then rely on good WOM from them for volume collection?

iMax price reduce kiya hai, ye mass circuit me nahi hote

Normal 2D theater ka price same hai, iMax me abhi tak kuch lacs ka hi advance hua hai wo itna difference nahi dalta kyunki itne screens nahi hote uske

Baki abhi tak lag raha hai ki day one 20 ke upar open hoga
