where is it written that a cardiologist can't attend an accident patient. His speciality is cardiology he is also a general physician. Sorry but when did he made fun of doctor? And which doctor?? I may have missed it

Both Abhi and Akshu are also not perfect they had also flaws. Every character has flaws be it Mahima , Kairav , Anand ya Harsh, Goenkas. Most of the characters repented and felt guilty . She's not even ready to accept her mistakes ulta she blames others for her mistakes.

Pranali performance in negative role, you can't compare a soft character to a loud character like Aarohi.Pranali played negative before too she acted way better than Karishma in negative role.
