Neele baraf and all can make fun of things as much as they want to but even if sushant was alive he would be questioned. This is how ndps act works

I don’t take weed lightly. I work in psychiatry and have seen plenty of weed induced psychosis in patients who have family history of schizophrenia. It’s the harsh legal repercussions that’s bothersome to me.

And yes, any prosecutor anywhere in the world would prefer going after the big fish, not the small guy. Its human nature too. There's more risk but also more upside in taking down the bigger people- in terms of personal rewards for the prosecutor and in terms of setting an example for other would-be criminals. So people should quit whining about Rhea being a scapegoat. She has a more privileged position in society and it behooves her to follow all the laws conscientiously, even if not be a good role model to other youngsters.😊

Yeah she's a criminal for smoking up, something which people do in every fricking lane in India. She's a scapegoat for the corrupt NCB, no amount of whining can change it.

"Smoking weed in India is not legal. However, the one and only exemption for it is consuming it as bhang. The NDPS Act, 1985 lays down the punishment for carrying weed on the basis of the quantity you possess. For possessing a small quantity you can face rigorous imprisonment for up to 6 months, a fine of Rs...."

If it were legal, we would not have the hassle of taking pre-employment drug screening tests for a lot of the elite jobs. But meanwhile, it is illegal, all your phony law opinions notwithstanding.πŸ˜†

It's legal within limits. And if it were a crime, 70% of the population of all colleges and universities would be behind the bars now. Rhea was made a scapegoat to use Sushant's death as a popularity springboard, everyone knows it by now I guess. Except the ones who have blinders glued on their eyes. πŸ˜†

Ain't no sane person okay with her being harassed for being Sushant's girlfriend and the punching bag for a mob. Nope.

lol 90% of people drive above speed limits. It's still against the law. If you happen to get caught, you can't be whining that everyone else was doing it. You'll do the fine. You want more examples, I can keep dishing 'em out one a minute.πŸ˜‰

in this case, it's only right that the rich and famous who do the crime are caught and made an example of... so that kids who stupidly look up to these idiot actors as role models don't go astray.

by the way, someone I know was stone drunk multiple times in college. But he knew that if he was caught he could be expelled or be in for a bad time. If someone wants to take risks and be stupid, its their outlook. He couldn't have complained if he was caught. Just as an aside, he never did it after college. If he did today, the SEC or other people would be all over him. Point is you can get away with things if you're a college kid and under the radar, but not if you're in the radar.

sorry, we don't want more drug addicts in our country. That would be a terrible crisis we cant afford. So if Rhea or whoever is being put away for whatever reason for doing drugs, I have no sympathy. She is educated, she lived the high-life, she knew the risks. Good if they make an example out of her.

lol so now it is legal within limits. Earlier it was legal. Anyway, good you have amended your stance based on the internet wisdom I presented to you. You really should read up more on the regulations in India because your understanding is still not on firm groundπŸ˜†

The risks of what? She and Sushant did weed with full knowledge and were consenting adults. Nobody needs to be 'made an example of' when they were not harming anyone. Don't make excuses for the cesspool of corruption that NCB is.
