"all these concepts of feminism are fake. they are all lies! because no woman can be happy without her husband. not just a woman, no human can be happy without love.

love is something which we get after losing ourselves. hence, all of us are incomplete without love...." -- malini

some totally interesting dialogues there with malini's re-entry!!!! malini's fury encapsulated some very interesting ideas and thoughts. what exactly do the concepts of feminism advocate? (at least according to malini), it seems to suggest that a woman can be happy on her own. however, malini counters that no human can be happy without love.

Q1. is feminism only for the single woman? can people be happy on their own if they don't have love? can you only be complete if you have love?

how does she define this feeling of love -- that you have to lose yourself in order to gain love. so what did she lose? her sense of self, her sense of honesty, her sense of belief in people -- she lost it all while trying to get aditya and still she lost him. I liked the use of flashbacks and we get to see imlie from malini's perspective -- as someone arrogant who taunted her and pressed down on her in order to get the object of her affection.

Q2. does falling in love mean a loss of self? how does one get back a sense of self after a relationship ends? where do you find yourself?

in the college scene where she yells at the young wannabe student, we can see how much she has transferred feelings of frustration to anyone who resembles imlie. she now sees anyone simple as devious and hiding an agenda. she sees them as using a sympathy card on purpose to manipulate and their way. she sees rural people as those who dream big and squash the dreams of others.

Q3. when people hate for no apparent reason, then are we stand ins for some trauma? some person they cannot yell at in life? has that happened to you?

how does one recover from such bitterness where your entire vision of the beauty of life has been wiped out? where you distrust good qualities because you see such people as manipulative? where you feel that the only way to regain your sense of self is to slay the person who stole it from you? malini's track can be interesting if the CVs put their mind to it -- but am going to keep my expectations really low after they did such a bad job with the last few arcs.

P.S -- other than that, can I just say how amazing malini's wardrobe is? waaah, such great choice of saris! πŸ‘total contrast to imlie who still looks she is stealing saris from some strange person's wardrobe (utter borefest I tell you!)

that said, am not excited about this news of this kid being cast. I don't mind some toothless baby but a kid -- nah. 🀦 arylie scenes were not entertaining and a bit of a borefest to be honest. I skipped over all of them. 🀷

and I was cringing over arylie bringing the baby home 😲🀒😳☒️🀦 -- don't the CVs listen to public service announcements at all????? πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘ I don't know how often I have heard on radio and seen on news -- you are not supposed to just randomly take abandoned babies home. instead, they encourage you to report the baby to the police station and inform child services -- the reason is sometimes the baby can be a victim of some other crime like trafficking or murder (of parens) etc. it is up to the police to determine where the baby came from and whether the baby is eligible for adoption. it can lead to legal problems for people to just take random babies home. both imlie and aryan are supposed to educated and well-off -- why show such nonsense???? πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„

Bold - I just wrote the same thing in one of my posts - CVs obsession on Imlie's mahanta on strangers.

And whatever you have written on Malini, I am happy seeing Mayuri brilliantly portraying all those emotions to the T. I am hoping that makers are not going to disappoint atleast the 3actors who had played an important part in keeping the show in top positions, even after GM decided to exit.

it is not just mahanta but possibly illegal -- meaning you keeping a baby can get you accused of kidnapping. it is ridiculously stupid. at least show some common sense -- have them walk into a police station and register an FIR about the incident. but yea, imlie is so amazing that she takes in everyone and does not even think about people like police. eye roll. 🀦

but yea, I thought mayuri did a great job with her entrance and hit it out of the park. so might as well make a post for her start as a villain 😁. you can see the control of expressions where she shows how the fury is boiling underneath but at the same time, she is keeping a tight lid so that she can plan and move. this isn't impulsive fury revenge but rather cold and controlled -- it can be fascinating to watch provided they give her the material for it. fingers crossed.

random, random, random thought!! (with this whole gudiya).... does anyone wonder if we will have a v2.0 of triangle? where malini becomes by mrs. aryan singh rathore by some plotting? (maybe some sort of marriage of convenience?).. .and we get a kausati zindagi ki type drama?

Well if the creatives wanted to go that way, they'd have tried to bury imlie's malini trauma, not re-instate it through flashbacks.

After this if they showed Imlie-Aryan-Malini triangle it will totally undermine the reason for which ASR was brought in the first place.

This seems highly improbable to me, though no certainty when it comes to ITV.

yea, I won't be surprised if they go down this route. malini wants to destroy everything that imlie has - in her intro, she said how can imlie lose herself twice to love. she sees it as unfair that imlie gets to experience love and that too so quickly. so obviously imlie and aryan will separate but will it be more than just separation -- as in imlie's heart has to break and shatter just like how malini felt? aryan was anyway supposed to be a grey character when he was brought in; if he goes over to the dark side and joins hands with malini????

God I hope not. I don't think any audience will be interested to see Imlie and malini again fighting for same man. And it udermines Aryan and Arylie's relationship.. I surely won't be intersted in it. Aryan marrying malini means undoing everything that happened after 310+ .

kekekke... well the forum will be on fire if they choose this track. 🀣 with the way the writers are going, I won't be surprised if they go down a triangle route but this time, it is a hate triangle instead of a love one where each party is in it for their own gain. it would be kind of weirdly amusing to watch maybe. πŸ˜‚
