A small boys life could have gone with your mistake. And you didn't tell truth after doing mistake. How many times do you do it ? You did it during maa time. Ak closes her eyes in pain. Ar says sorry but abhi says a meeting is there in board room . Ar asks Ak to save her.
In meeting Mahima, Anand, abhi, Neil and Ak are with Ar .

Abhi says that a knife in responsible doctor is safe and saves life rather than a needle in negligent doctor can take life away. And it can be done with anyone and rules are same for everyone.
Neil's gets termination letter and Abhi gives her Neil says a case will be done on you soon, and your license is cancelled you can't work anywhere for an year.
Ar remembers her victory as state topper.

Ar comes out of room and people outside taunt her that morning she was posing much. See her career is gone as she is negligent.
Mahima asks Anand not to be tense. Anand remembers Harsh and misses him. Mahima says talk to him not about work . Harsh messages Anand about hospital. Anand thinks how can we manage now as after Harsh fire accident , all mishaps are coming one by one and Abhis MRI report is due.

Goenkas got news of Ar termination.kv says how can Ar do this she is passionate about work. Manish says how can she be so careless. She did big mistake in hospital and she hid truth. What are her intentions we can't understand.

Ak character is grown beautifully from start till now. The girl who was bound by her step mom's promise and saved her sister always Her sacrifices , love are never recognised by her sister it's always manipulation from her side. Ak pacify Ar as she felt she is responsible for sirats death. Her hatred is taken by her and pain for years bearing her wrath. Abhi released ak from ar clutches slowly .it's not a journey for her overnight to chose Abhi over ar. Ak love and sacrifice is taken as granted always and holds ak responsible for all her mistakes. She pulls ak in her kachra and throws ak as culprit portraying herself as victim everytime. During manjari accident ak struggled to tell truth to chose Abhi vs ar but she chose abhi only. Ar is excused by all everytime and getting free pass she is not understanding what she has done anytime. The moment Ak helps her she hugs her and 2 days normalcy . Again she starts her jealousy burning drama in no time seeing ak happy in her life. This time Ak has stood for truth , guided Ar like everytime to tell truth to all but when ar started her drama again, Ak pulled her strongly got her infront of all and told the truth. Abhi is proud of Ak that she has not fallen into Ar manipulations instead stood for truth.
Abhi is the saviour of Ak and manjari from the years of manipulation done by Ar and Harsh on them. He has stood with them and made them chose themselves, come out of the clutches on their own slowly.
Abhi in mandir card drama said to ak that ar is jealous on you and her 1000 mistakes will be excused by you as sister. Last fight abhi blamed ak that you let ar manipulate you for years. Today she proved abhi that ak stands for truth without getting manipulated.
Ak in accident time took blame on herself and ready to go to jail in the name is sibling love. That time she chose Abhi , Ar as equals in her life. This time she stood infront of Birlas told where Ar is wrong and rules are same for anyone.
If this way Ak and Goenkas have shown Ar , a life from her childhood where she is wrong instead of Pacifying her deeds. Ar could not have been the same.
Manishs diaLogues on Mehendi to Ak , when you stand for truth don't hold relations in your hand came out this way in Ak .
Mahima wanted to throw Ar away from hospital after her shadi is broken and bogus MD fiasco of Rs 30 lakhs is told as reason by her. Ar challenged mahima that you don't have any proof of that it's all suni sunayi batein , so get a solid proof against me that i am not fit for this job and i will leave away. So mahima is successful to throw Ar now with proof of sister Veena against Ar .
Abhis dialogues on Holi to Ar agar tumhe patients ko treat karne mein kuch doubts hi toh senior doctors se poochlena. Nurse reminded Ar to take advise of doctor Abhimanyu before giving injection to vivan.
Today Abhi signed as authority to terminate an employee under him in hospital. Birlas accepted his decision that way as he is genuinely concerned of patients.
This may pave for him as CEO next by trustees. Abhi may manage OPD and CEO if he is unable to do surgeries.
Harsh is still in backend. Once he knows about Abhis hand issue he may come home for his son to be near him as he loves his son dearly. And give Abhi suggestions in hospital issues which he may ignore.
Ak and Abhi are shown in framed glass doors in last bit of episode. They both will be framed next for hospital might be board member and CEO together.
Ar went to her room by stairs and a mirror is in her backside. She is not seeing her mistakes anytime so she is not getting mirror of what she is to her anytime thinking family is supporting ak always .
Abhi holding his ear to Ak saying sorry shows their personal relationship after professional decision is taken knowing how Ak loves her family and Ar.
Ar seeing them together shockingly how Ak has changed prioritising Abhis love against her sisterly love thinking her manipulation didn't work .
Ar is like Sher aya Sher aya everytime not rectifying her mistakes on top of it holds Ak responsible for not supporting her. Ar is forever gale ka phasa on Abhira as told by Abhi. She is like if she has to hold hair she will threaten orelse beg falling on feet.
Abhi excused Ar during shadi time allowed her in for Ak . But in hospital Harsh got her back to assist Abhi .he didn't say no because he kept quiet thinking as Ak sister. And his mom excused them. Now when as a doctor first oath is saving patients life against fame, name , blame, that she didn't follow so all raised on her.
If Harsh is there today he could have done same thing to Ar as it's on his sons reputation and hospital fame for him.
Goenkas and Birlas won't support Ar as they flipped from yesterday towards Ak and Abhira . So Ar will be taking adverse steps to harm abhira both this time as they both spoiled her dreams.
Ag may support her when a case happens on her as he and his family are dukan of mistakes in S2. They made all Goenkas think of abhira and only ag feel it human mistake.
Ar throwing ak from her room is she will detach with Ak and plot in her going to her original self as time in kid Ar.
Ak and Abhi are on same page loving and chosing each other now. Ak Puja and hand affect of food started showing its immediate result on abhi, her protection to save her hubby and her in-laws reputation that way from Ak.
Anand gave AR a doctor coat as gift on tilak1. Harsh gave her hospital ID card after she joined there. So both are taken away by Abhi today.
Framed doors of abhira and Ar not shown in mirror can be interpreted as Ar framing both of them soon in her revenge and she is not caught to anyone. (next coming track if any ). Both Abhira are aside and apart.
Ar ego , jealousy and attitude will burn herself totally and she had none with her as support. Till now she doesn't know value of relations or family. Unless she loses her most desired thing and her pride she won't change in her life. Karma pays back to her for what she did to Ak till now.

Neil ...white shirt . The moment truth is out he clearly nodded his head thinking e kabhi sudhregi nahi. Blue coat faithful to hospital, used his wisdom getting papers for ar and holding people who were shouting on abhi , showed his intelligence In whole issue supporting family.
Ar pink loves herself 😂 covered by white as clean and clear to world.

we all enjoyed 2 days of idiotic Ar a d her bashings by everyone . None is there near her. So all fandom happy. And trauma of both abhira is gone this way. Akshu finally showed everyone how strong she is and to Abhi that she wont give in any manipulations of Arohi anymore...
I loved it when Abhi called her Dr.Arohi and corrected himself and said Arohi... the " DOCTOR" which is proud of.. Abhi always hits Arohi like this where she always rules up against him..
This is her karma where she ate cake happily thinking about Abhi's humiliation...now in the same hospital she was fired... for her huge mistake.. and she never changes as she has no brain to accept her wrong doings...
I loved it when Abhi said he doesn't care about his reputation or whatever but ONLY concerned about the patient's life. That's how a doctor should be...
