She does look beautiful and that is a very nice ring. 

Pictures from her first two appearances on KWK are in the main KWK topic and the difference in her face structure and features is very stark. I know people change between 20-29. Also her style has changed, and contouring is very popular these days. But for the first time I wonder if all those plastic surgery rumors are actually true. 

I think she did. There's something about her features that's not so...droopy anymore (lack of a better word). Esp around the eye area. But whatever it is, it looks great. Along with the wedding and baby glow of course
