I was thinking the same thing.. there are multiple episodes which needs to be complained in the current track.

First can be where P slapped Sai

Next can be BK taunting Sai for being infertile

Then V agreeing for P to be surrogate

P giving misinformation to Geeta

P getting implantation done...

Each of these are crimes in itself and breaking of different laws ... They all can be individual complaints.

Yes main will be an IPS officer not following rules and accepting P as surrogate and trying to convince his wife to accept her as surrogate. Even though P doesn't fulfill any rules and conditions.

Doesn't punish his family and allow them to bypass all rules.

And allowing family members to mentally torture his wife when she was pregnant.

People will loose faith in police services.

Not at all. Choti sardarni honour killing thing can be compared with Devi pulkit honour killing by kaku omkar ninad. How an freaking IPS let go of his criminal family members. How fl whitewashed those criminals. But what ghum showing with pakhi character is completely insane. Everyone character in the show butchered so that her character don't get any heat on the show. She never gets exposed of her bad deeds, even if exposed never gets called out, from samrat to sai every character from og show got compromised to accomodate her. Some may say pakhi was shown as disgusting lustful lady. But how does it matters when she is getting queen treatment from every character in the show? The way ml character reached new lows to make a way for pakhi character is noteworthy. Which husband in the world would want his ex to be surrogate that too when few days back she abused and cursed his pregnant wife. Freaking nonsense.

But those two are also crimes... Injuring a pregnant woman which may lead to miscarriage and taunting a woman for being infertile 😭

BK taunting Sai infertile is also against the law as per act 2005 some one mentioned..

Where is our vakil saheba..

However at this point only neerja can file a case against the ph for giving misinformation about surrogacy

Ofcourse it is a crime..but these guys will get away with saying they are showing mirror to society, girl fighting back and what not..just as they did with Virat's domestic abuse

Whatever you have written absolutely correct and the fact that even after all this which ML would have soft corner for the vamp, which family treats vamp like this, I've never shown any show where the Vamp is getting more love, pampering than the FL even after FL has done so much for the family, even in Og Kusum Dola, rupkotha was never given this much preference over Emon, and that's why I refuse to believe that this are all script demands, it's rather personal demands, honestly.

I feel Aishwarya is really sensitive regarding Pakhi's character also she seems emotionally weak person, which in turn the character of Pakhi is taking a toll on her and hence they're not exposing or giving her extreme reactions by fellow characters, she takes it all on herself as we've seen in the SJ promo, and yes there can be excuses that she should quit then but we all know how biased this pH is and how they operate!

But what I want to conclude is the never exposing of Pakhi, giving her queen treatment, this surrogacy track, has nothing to do with script but Aishwarya, this script is compromised for her is what I believe, otherwise there's no reason to not expose villian, it's ridiculous that they are making all other characters scapegoat in this process and are making mockery of sensitive issues like Motherhood, Surrogacy, infertility and all.Just to not hurt sentiments of one of their actor and her husband, they hurting sentiments of thousands of their viewers. I hope sense prevail to them.

That time it was subtly called out by Samrat..

But when Bk called her infertile none said anything

And worst thing is husband ran behind kaku, after that he said that kaku was very upset, instead of showing sai pain he bothered about offender hurt.
