What if

Malini might deliver her baby but since Anu hated tripathis n especially aditiya so she might dump the baby somewhere n imlie as mahan she is shown comes to know about Anu's act ...

Dev might request imlie to take care of Malini child n it might be shown that Malini thinks her baby died..Anu as usual holds imlie responsible for it...

Maybe this will be the main cause of arylie separation.. when Aryan comes to know the truth he might not accept baby because it's Aditya child

I think it might be that Aditya's child is alive and Imlie tries to 'save' it from sort of danger by putting herself and cheeku in danger. Which causes her to miscarry creating problems because then the article will make sense because it said that Aryan will be upset that she prioritised adi's kid over theirs.
