exactly! None of them are fit to be CEOs of this big of a hospital. The show will obviously portray abhi as the most deserving candidate because he is the hero, but in real life, someone like abhi would hate this kind of job that entails people management and administrative/paper work. His passion is helping people through medicine. We donāt even know if he is good at operations (I mean day to day admin operations, not surgical operationsš). As you said, Neil could may be become CEO but thatās after getting lots of training and experience, which he does not have at the moment.
Agreed!
And sorry but not sorry due to some of the fights sometimes Abhimanyu has with his father, Abhimanyu doesn't have a clue about business. Some of the things Harshvardhan does is to earn money so the hospital can have funds to do charitable works. Sure he may have made the hospital into a money making model but all the facilities they have, the staff they hire, etc end up benefiting the patients. But of course not sure of the cost to patients.
Anyways, Harshvardhan is the most qualified for the job of CEO for Birla Hospital.
I personally would love a track where the board hires someone else who is stricter in funding and makes Abhimanyu realize though he may not always agree with his father's methods it has benefited the hospital and he knows what he is doing.
