How is celeb ranking calculated?

How are celebrity rankings calculated now on IF? Can someone please explain in details? In the old version, I know there used to be comments feature on their profile along with following them. How does it work now?

Yes i also want to know how we can try to increase a perticuler celeb rank 

we want to see that celeb in top ranks
