It looks very silly and outdated in a sense they are doing this to show they are married to Anubhav🙄. In this day and age woman have their own identity and doesn’t need to create their ‘Pehechan’ through their husband.

In GG's case I understand after all, this is the only evidence that she "identifies" as a married woman.

But Akriti... go figure...

I am not 100% sure but I think newly married bride applies long sindoor. Even when I was new bride my sister in law asked me to apply long inch sindoor atleast for one year.

They are trying to set a new trend.

I have seen women with both long and chota sindoor in real life also. That is why I don't see it an issue. Each to their customs and traditions I feel.

Well in most cultures like Bihar and Bengal newly married women wear long sindoor. It gives of a newly married vibe. I have no issue with that. For GG it is like a token of her being married. So maybe that is why too much emphasis on sindoor.

🤣🤣 i used to put like this during intial day of my marriage but my runwsy is smalker than this.i do put now also,but not this much.because sindoor and other stuffs doesnt complete your marriage! its the love,kindness,respect,care for each other and intimacy defines your marriage.i have seen ladies who wear their mangalsutra 24/7 including me and my mom,but were never happy in their marriage life.it pisses me off.😡
