πŸ˜†great to see folks take such keen interest in my posts. Congrats! That's the best step one can take towards some great learning. πŸ˜†

Sadly however, comprehension remains a problem. You see, I said "dont bring in cuckoo stuff from the US". I did NOT say "don't bring in stuff from the US". The kind of stuff that person was talking about was totally cuckoo. They were going on about tobacco. Tobacco?πŸ˜† My point on the other hand was very relevant, but then one might not comprehend it if they're not very discerning. πŸ˜‰

by the way, since you mentioned dispensaries, I noticed they've got pills to help someone with the comprehension.πŸ˜†

Btw, has our precious man-baby still not shown up? I saw the darling pick-me girl having a blast in other topics but hasn't been brave enough to make an appearance here. How the cookie crumbles.

come on bud, the evidence might have been shoddy or inadmissible. But where does it say the NCB team made stuff up? I understand the excitement at not having AK charged, but did you just make that up yourself?πŸ˜†

btw, the public had moved on and there was no reason for the NCB team to have come out with anything now. If it was being stage-managed by higher ups, they could have kept the case in abeyance for forever. That should tell you that people might be incompetent, but they do not necessarily mean harm. They just take drug cases very seriously, more seriously than perhaps we think they should. As it turns out, this is how they've always operated. There were famous cases in the 90s and 2000s in south delhi where rich kids spent almost a year in the slammer on drug charges. They eventually came out for lack of charges... pretty much the same as now. So there's probably nothing personal against this kid, much as you guys might think it is.

The NCB leaked tons of fake stuff continuously and then had nothing when they actually went to court. Even the TV channels that spread their fake leaks were mad about being given wrong information by NBC. On the first day itself, they spread fake news of Aryan have cocaine and various other drugs.

This was fully set-up and a fake case. BJP is known for using agencies to harass people. Amit Shah's personal lawyer was sent on their behalf for a minor/useless drug case and he would leave as soon as he finished opposing Aryan. The entire BJP nexus of evil was all over the TV channels slandering him. BJP goons like fatso Fadnavis were giving press conferences.

Anyway, now that they have egg on their face, they've decided to make Wankhede the scapegoat. But he should be punished anyway so that everyone else wanting to walk that path and sit in the lap of political parties also knows what can happen to them if things go wrong.

NCB from the beginning said that they haven't found any substances on him at the time of arrest and they said that they are investigating him to get more details about drug trafficking.

People do get picked up even if there is a suspicion of drug use so that they can get details from them.

Sorry to say he had many things against him to believe that he is innocent.

He was attending a party where drugs being consumed and people who he was hanging out with were found to be carrying drugs whether they are natural substances or synthetic substances is irrelevant here. In such a situation nobody is going to believe that he is innocent.

If he admitted to consuming substances obviously he will be detained for questioning.

NCB had been saying that he had been taken into custody for further questioning.

They gave a clean chit on the charge of nexus with drug dealers and international drug trafficking

On the other thing they couldn't find evidence on consumption because they did not do the blood test. Without the test it can't be clear whether he consumed the substance or not.

--------------------

Just like what they say about Covid deaths in India. Truth depends on what one chooses to believe.

even if we go with your assumption that people might have had their incentives to nail AK/ SRK, it does not lead to the conclusions you have. Here's why: if there were higher-ups who were influencing the case, it would have been better for them to just keep the case in abeyance forever, instead of coming out with what they did. That by itself should blow your conjectures out of the water!

As for making Wankhede a scapegoat, again, if there were higher-ups, they would be taking a chance throwing him under the bus for the simple reason that he might rat on them. So the more likely thing is he was operating solo.

That said, it might well be the case that different people were trying to keep tabs on the case or to exploit the proceedings politically... The UPA did that with the Batla House encounters and with Pappu and SG showing up to cry for slain terrorists. But whether it was BJP or the UPA then, there's nothing there that should lead someone to think they misused their powers to influence the outcomes.

NCB had no reason to keep him in custody.

FYI 1500 people attended the party only 18 were arrested. Aryan is the only one who had no had no substances on him .Also he wasn't at the party. He was about to enter.

He did not admit to consume drugs. There was admission of concious possession i.e. he knew about Arbaaz carrying drugs .

There was no watsapp proof .the only chat they provided to the court was " We will have a blast".

Once again, what things against him are you talking about? What proof? Cite official documents please.

Otherwise, I'd have to ask what you're smoking to come up with such zany theories to prove Aryan guilty. πŸ˜†

And that faux concern. The stories about family. Gimme a break. So far gone in hatred you're willing to lynch someone without proof.
