Yes!! I thought it was so meaningful how she started by talking about the juice and then started talking about the hospital once she knew he was already calm!! She knows him so well and is truly the peace he has always needed!

Neil and Abhi are talking in his cabin & Neil thanks Abhi for everything he has done for him since he is an orphan. There is a huge kaand loading now, especially based on the precap. It seems that Neil is probably a Birla after all.

Akshu calls Abhi and says that he won’t believe what happened. Akshu is talking about how the blue shirt manager hired her after seeing her with the kids, but Abhi thinks that she was harassed or someone bothered her. He is so worried for her that he calls his friend and asks him to consider Akshu… not because she is his wife, but because she is qualified. This is not Abhi doubting Akshu at all — it is him being worried for her and wanting her to feel safe.

Aarohi has barged into his office but hears him on the phone so leaves. Kairav comes home and says that Akshu got a job, and Aarohi is fuming with flashbacks. Another kaand on its way.

Akshu comes home and both of them say surprise with their letters in their hands. The letters blow and Parth, Neil, and Shefali catch them. Shefali says that the letter from Abhi is from a high standard hospital and that it’s Abhi’s friend. Abhira are silent during this scene while the baby Birlas give their inputs. Abhi tosses the letter from his friend and leaves. This isn’t anger towards Akshu — it is his worry. And even in that, he didn’t toss her offer. That is the respect he has for her!

Shefali says that if Abhi decided for her, he is trying to control her. And, Akshu, as always, will never hear anything against Abhi. Whether or not anyone else understands them, they get each other. She says that people always label concern as control, but that is not the case. She feels so lucky that Abhi loves her so much that he thinks this much about her. She knows Abhi’s heart & she knows that Abhi will always support her… but she also knows that he will always want to protect her.

Abhi is making juice and it turns out super gross, but he drinks it anyways. Akshu takes it from him and says this is what happened today — she knew he wouldn’t like the hospital, so she tried to stall and stop him…but then, she let him try. She says that what they have is so rare… but they can maintain their own preferences and their love too. This is all about them bringing their own identities together into one relationship.

Abhi is so worried for her, but he also wants to respect her, so he tells her to do what she wants. She says that she never wants her choice to hurt him. That from the day they met, she has always felt him by her, protecting her. He is her inspiration and the basis for everything she does. This scene is so beautiful. Akshu is not the most expressive person, but lately, she has really been voicing her infinite love for Abhi. She tells him that she wants to do this on her own, with him by her side. It’s like methidana — it’s bitter, but it’s true. He cannot always be physically present, but he is always emotionally there. This scene was so so freaking beautiful. The way in which Abhira understand each other is so amazing!

Akshu values Abhi so much, so she leaves the choice up to him. This is really special, because she wants to show him that she respects his sentiments. Abhi chooses the hospital she wants obviously. Of course he is still worried and it is evident, but he will never hold her back — ever.

The kitchen pinga comes with the new OST! It was so cute. We got dooba dooba reality of them playing tick tack toe, and we got the mirchi parallel too!!

Manjari comes and Akshu shows her the letter. Manjari says that she wants Akshu to accomplish what she never could and her dreams are dead now. Akshu says that dreams never die. Only dust comes and it’s easily wiped away. Akshu will help Manjari in her career now!!

Precap has so much going on. Some pinga, and Harsh yelling at Neil saying he’s not a Birla. Akshu tells Manjari she knows about Neil’s adoption, but thinks to herself that she cannot tell Abhi because she knows how he will react. Before we start bashing her for hiding things, can we please wait!!

We finally got our mirchi kitchen pinga ❤️

I am going to say something again a bit different today 😆

I don't doubt Abhi's concern and love for Akshu. He ultimately wanted to help Akshu out and his worry over powered a slightly more logical approach. He became implusive and called up his friend to get an appointment. I would have much rather have him ask if his friend had an opening and perhaps give a chance at interviewing Akshu instead of straight on asking for a job.

To me it again highlights Abhi's implusive nature that tends to land him into trouble. Prime example the Muisc Therpay Department where he made an unilateral decision without consenting HAM and in the end it riled up HAM who were rightfuly upset at the lack of following proper protocol for this big decision and it caused them to start looking at Akshu sideways because before she entered into Abhi's life he never made these types of unilateral decisions at the hospital (creating a department, etc). So unintentionally he harmed Akshu when all he wanted to do was support her dreams.

It also slighlty even if wasn't the intent becauae I do believe Abhi supports Akshu but it seems as if he didn't give her the space/opportunity to fail or succeed on her own. Something she has repeatedly mentioned to him. Which is why I was very happy with Akshu's dialogues again and her ability to explain this to Abhi in a way so he would understand. Abhi is short tempered, rash, and can throw little tantrums. And he did just that when he threw the appointment letter his friend gave. It represented the effort he had made, his worry, and his concern about Akshu - but that all went for a toss in his mind and he is thinking now all of that doesn't really matter because she did get her own appointment letter. Akshu was able to recognize what was bothering him and why he was upset.

Though deep down inside his preference is that she does not work at that charitable hospital. But he is just like Akshu is learning how to maintain the respect, be aware of each other's decisions and feelings and still move forward as an unit.

I love what the writers are showing how two people who are use to making decisions on their own are learning how to communicate and come together. I just hope fingers crossed that Akshu is able to continue working at this hospital and no khaand is loading that would cause her to leave. She deserves to build her career. I want her to only return to Birla Hospital only after she has built a name for herself and when HAM personally asks her to come back with complete respect.

Arohi Khaand:

Abhi is definitely going to get dragged into this mess. Neil may somehow get involved too because he is working at the hospital now.

Adoption khaand hints again 😆 Neil is definitely a Birla. As for the adoption I would assume all the Birlas know he is adopted hence the reason why he lives in the house. The secret is probably that he is the product of an affair. I think Abhi knows his father had an affair but he doesn't know Neil is the child from that affair.

Will reserve judgement on Akshu because we don't know what she may have overheard or what Manjari told her.

Whatever khaands are loading I expect some huge drama next week. Anytime we get a lot of nice romance in a week things are super dramatic the next week.
