Step 1:

Find your image. If you have a imgur account or someplace to upload that image do that first. Then copy the direct link image link.

Step 2:

Find a place in your post where you want to place the image and make sure your cursor is there. Select the Image picture upload button

Step 3:

You will see the image below. Erase the default URL and paste your image or gif link here. Then hit the refresh circle button and your image should then appear.

One thing to note is your direct link has to end with the appropriate file extension.

For images it would be jpg, jpeg, or png. Example: https://i.imgur.com/uKf2teL.jpg

For moving images (gif) it would be gif. Example: https://i.imgur.com/4ILQvUE.gif

Unfortunately not, IF does not store images. You have to load your images elsewhere.

I use Imgur because it is free. But I also have the account private I haven't figured out how to use the mobile app to get the links I need to be able to post from my phone. I've done most of my image posting via laptop. Unless I already saved the link on my phone somewhere for example my Cookie Monster gif so I can post it up every now and then.
