I agree with most of your prediction, but I really don't think he's going to tell her to leave. Right now, he's taking her for granted. Even when she left the room, it stunned him for a bit but because she was still there, it didn't affect him much (as far as we've seen at least). He needs something to make him realize how far things have gone and to kick his brain back into place and that can only be Appu leaving on her own, because only words don't make much difference to him in this BS mode. Maybe he will say something like "why did I marry you?" or marrying you was a mistake and Appu will leave.
Yepp just gotta have patience through this week and at some point next week, we will get suffering BS and all will be well!
