I found the dialogues of V missing Sai a little bit off in parts. Why does he say - you'll always be busy n I'll be missing you....as if he has never been busy n left Sai alone?! They both have demanding jobs. Before that he is thinking that Sai won't have time to miss him coz shes "too busy" . It could have been better written to focus on conveying his worry only. About her eating, being able to handle the stress. And miss you, love you vaala texting is cute.
But i wish that texting had continued a little more.

The first two possibilities I already put down, but you highlighted another one here. The way they guy was pleading to be saved, and if she ends up saving him maybe he will have a change of heart. He and his men were witness to Thorat injecting the medicine. It is the nurse who lied in the precap and then his men came out accusing Sai. Maybe here V is not brought in because the issue is resolved. But this guy may become a helping aid in her fight with Jagtap. Bhabhi se sister.

I don’t want a patient dying ..,no matter how creepy he might be .. on Sai’s first official day in duty .. rather anytime soon .
It will give weightage to kaku’s warnings that it’s better for the ladies of house to stay at home
If today Sai gets arrested .. and virat takes her out eventuality can ashwini keep on supporting her in the long run ..

Ok...Pakhi springing fake pregnancy out of vengeance seems plausible...because yesterday Pakhi being friendly with Sammy did not seem fake nor her attempts to forget the past.
