I think Vinu will have some ailment like you predicted(?). Sai will treat him and in the process knows they are biologically connected. Virat who might be angry with Sai for Savi's truth might melt at this revelation.

Read the latest IF article. It says that V adopts Vinayak, but he's actually SaiRat's Vinu. He just doesn't know that..

There is a new IF spoiler which says V adopted Vinu but he does not know that he is their son.
