He held her hand to steady her

“Pradyut don’t kiss me” she ordered

“I didn’t, you were paying me off for lying to your Mum” he said slowly letting go of her hand

“I am not a giddy teenager” she scowled, picking up a tube of foot cream to take to bed

He grabbed the tube opened and inhaled and looked at her

“Good to know” he said handing the tube back

“Hato…. Ab” she mumbled

He leaned on the door as she stepped out of the bathroom and just curled into a folded rope

“Are you going to withdraw your legal notice?” he demanded

“Absolutely not”

“Then please wait for my team to respond”

“No I wont, my TEAM will keep me apprised” she claimed

“Ha” he walked off

“I hate him more than I hate Gaurav and that’s saying something” he muttered sadly into her pillow and yawned

She didn’t wake up at 6 or 7 or 8 the next morning, he checked on her went he went to work, just as she was stirring

“Kya hua?” she sat up rubbing her eyes

“Umm.. nothing, I heard you had to go to work” he said quietly

“You have to relax and stop holding your breath love” Sumedha sighed as she let the tongs go into the bowl

“I just feel like its out there some where you know the conveyance deed it’s a matter of time, and the more I relax the farther it will go from me, I will never be able to find it and never get my store back”

“But your son has me!!!” she didn’t mean to blurt it this way but it slipped out

Taaruni was realizing Pradyut “had” her more ways than one

“I just TOLD you I am here with your Mum, but OK, whatever…. I don’t need to make a trip to your office to find incriminating evidence” she was forthright “I only have to talk to a handful of rivals in the industry they will hand deliver every dirt I ask for” she said smugly
